Measurement of the cavity displacement at the time of cooling of cERL main module

Description
A main linac cryomodule have been constructed for Compact ERL project. The cryomodule was successfully cooled down to 2K. Then we used the optical target and measured displacement. Measured value showed the suitable value suitable for a temperature change. We calculated displacement of the center position of a cavity from measured value. The value was filling the performance which we are demanding. (author)
