Description
In June of 2016, the Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) submitted a climate vulnerability screening and assessment (V S/A) (Johnson and Werth, 2016, henceforth JW2016) for the Savannah River Site (SRS) in response to a request from the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM). That report comprised an analysis of the effect of future climate change on energy use for heating and cooling site facilities and the health and safety of outdoor workers exposed to hot weather.
