Description
The system controlling, signal detection and data acquisition of high-resolution fast-electron energy loss spectrometer are introduced. Through the RS-232 series-communication port, high-voltage phototrack and photoelectric coupling, the microcomputer IBM PC/XT controls two high-voltage power supplies floated on different high potentials to scan at the same value synchronously. The electron pulse signals are detected by the channel electron multiplier. After amplification and discrimination, these signals are recorded by a multi-scaler system
