Shell-model α-spectroscopic factors for 212Po
Description
Recent work has suggested that shell-model α-spectroscopic factors for the decay 212Po → 208Pb + α are three orders of magnitude to small. This is not the case, as a serious error exists in some of the shell-model calculations. (author)
