Phase diagrams and electrophysical properties of alloys of Bi2X3-ZnX (X-S, Se, Te) systems
Description
Phase diagrams of Bi2Te3-ZnTe (1) system within the whole temperature and concentration ranges were plotted. It was found, that this is a peritectic-type system (peritectic point coordinates: 4±1 mol.%ZnTe, 871±4 K). Investigation of electro-physical properties of alloys on the basis of bismuth telluride in the system (1) shows, that addition of 0.7 mol.% of ZnTe allone changes the type of conductivity from hole one for Bi2Te3 to electron conductivity
