Description
The grafted membranes modified by poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) based on ethylenetetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) were fabricated by an EB graft polymerization technique. From the ESR and 13C-NMR analyses, it is proposed that peroxy-radicals would be trapped on the alkyl radicals at the tetrafluoroethylene units of ETFE by air exposure, and PNIPAAm would be grafted onto these parts. C2C12 cells were proliferated at 37℃ and detached within 15 min at the shortest case at 20℃. (author)
