Influence of γ'-phase content on structure preparation conditions and superplasticity of heat resisting nickel alloys

Description

Effect of chemical composition, amount, morphology and dispersion of γ'-phase on superplasticity was investigated for five nickel alloys, containing Cr, Mo, Co, Ti, Nb. It was established that temperature-rate range of superplasticity extended with complication of alloy chemical composition and increase of γ'-phase content. The maximal superplasticity is achieved due to formation of ultrafine structure, characterized by thermal stability at phase ratio γ':γ=1:1
