Description
A brief summary of the papers presented at the 10th Rencontre de Moriond is given: neutral currents, the quark model, the new particles psi. Emphasis is put upon the fact that the conference is the first after the discovery of the new particles. Four possibilities were discussed by theorists: weak bosons, color, charm/onium/ and something else, charm with the fourth quark seeming to be the most attractive interpretation
