Peculiar features of magnetic and electric properties of FeV2O4 single crystal films
Description
Results of investigation of magnetic and electric properties of FeV2O4 epitaxial films are presented. It is shown that change of the character of magnetic phase transformation, phenomenon of induced magnetic anisotropy and the dependence of properties on film thickness are caused by tensile stresses on their plane. Results of electric measurements support this viewpoint. The model for explanation of mentioned phenomena is suggested
