Description

Radon dose conversion factor relates the effective dose due to radon exposure and is affected by environmental parameters and human-related parameters. This value can get through dosimetric approach and epidemiological approach, but quite different through different approaches. As in recent years, a new round of epidemiological survey data published and dosimetric approach developed fast, the approving of two different methods and the radon dose conversion factor value have been largely developed. This article reviews the changes of radon dose conversion factor, introduces its recently development and points out the future research direction and focus combined with our studies. (authors)
