Synthesis and quality control of 125I- and 14C-labelled 5-iodo-2'-deoxycytidine triphosphate

Description
A method is described for a no-carrier-added synthesis and purification of doubly-labelled [5-125I, U-14C]-iododeoxycytidine triphosphate. Iodination of 14C-dCTP was achieved with a radiochemical yield of 80%. Separation and purification of the reaction product were accomplished by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). (author)
