System for production of metal films by thermo-ion deposition

Description
A simple device with a hollow cathode and a crucible-anode is designed to be used for deposition of coatings 0.1-2.0 μm thick with enhanced adhesion to various substrates. In particular, the device is applied for obtaining reflecting copper coatings on molybdenum disks and nickel coatings on diode structures

Разработано простое устройство для ионного осаждения покрытий с полым катодом и тиглем-анодом, позволяющее формировать покрытия толщиной 0.1-2.0 мкм, отличающиеся повышенной адгезионной прочностью на различных подложках. В частности, это устройство применено для получения медных отражающих покрытий на молибденовых дисках и никелевых покрытий на диодных структурахAdditional details
