Transport and utilization of oxygen in organism exposed to fast neutrons

On the basis of analysis of results of investigations it is established that the effect of fast neutrons as compared with gamma- and X-rays causes earlier and deeper violations of oxygen regime in the organism. Single irradiation of rats with fast neutrons (doses of 1.00, 2.15 and 3.00 Gy) brings about phase alterations of gaseous exchange and oxygen stress in brain in the dynamics of radiation desease, as well as different alterations of methemoglobin content in blood
