Description

The document is an Operations and Maintenance Manual for the Remote Handled Low Level Waste Disposal Facility (RHLLW) potable water system. This document is required by the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. The document defines the system, components, interfaces with ATR, operations of the system, contains operating procedures and log sheets, component manufacturer sheets showing compliance with regulations and also contains signed Preventive Maintenance Justification forms for applicable components of the potable water system.
