Minimization of current losses in the electron cyclotron injection channel

Description
The structure and operating algorithm of a system minimizing the beam current losses in the ring isochronous cyclotron injection channel are described. The system operates on-line with the ES-100 computer. The given data show that in 50% of cases the minimum current losses are by 7% less than those for manual adjustment, and in the rest 50% of cases the minimum losses with automatic and manual ad ustments are equal
