Polarized beam in storage rings and high precision measurements of particle masses

A series of particle mass measurements has been carrie out using the polarized beams of electron-positron colliders VEPP-2M and VEPP-4. Conclusion has been done that achieved accuracy provides a kind of the metrological standard allowing to improve the accuracy of the mass values and resonances. 22 refs
