Investigation of meteor stream ages
Description
The average distance between the orbit of a comet and of a meteorite may serve as a stream age indicator. Computations suggest a genetic relation between the α-Capricornidae and the Leksel 1770 1 comet, which seems to settle the controversy as to the origin of the stream. (author)
