New limits on half-lives of 154Sm, 160Gd, 170Er, and 176Yb with respect to double β decay to the excited 2+ states of daughter nuclei
- 1. State Research Center Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, Gatchina, 188350 (Russian Federation)
Description
Double β decays to the excited 2+ states of daughter nuclei are sought for 154Sm, 160Gd, 170Er, and 176Yb with a germanium detector. Limits on the corresponding half-lives of these nuclei are found to be 1017-1018 yr
