Domestic project management
Description
To focus in on the management of a domestic project, the author talks about Ontario Hydro's nuclear mega-project at Darlington, about 75 kilometers east of Toronto on the shores of Lake Ontario. The generating station will consist of four reactor units each producing 881 megawatt of electricity. The presentation is broken down into three main categories: 1) overview of the history and current status of the Darlington project; 2) project management in place on the Darlington project; and 3) performance of the project
