Description
Measurements of energy spectra of 100 keV electrons transmitted through aluminium targets of different thickness in a wide range of scattering angles from 0 deg to 80 deg are conducted. Values of electron energy losses were determined from measurements. Electron energy losses are shown to depend on the angle of particle escape from the target, and this dependence increases with decrease of the target thickness. The observed anisotropy of mean energy loss in the first approximation may be explained by anisotropy of energy losses at electron-electron scattering
