Intrinsic tunneling spectroscopy of near optimally doped Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ superconductors in magnetic field

  • 1. Beijing National Laboratory for Condensed Matter Physics, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080 (China)

Description

Mesa-structured ultra small intrinsic Josephson junctions with area of 0.3 x 0.3 μm2 are successfully fabricated on near optimally doped Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ superconductors using electron beam lithography. Temperature and magnetic-field dependencies of the intrinsic tunneling spectra are reported and briefly discussed
