Synthesis - Urban planning and environmental law (March 2017-March 2018)

This synthesis of the evolution of the French urban planning and environmental law between March 2017 and March 2018 notably addresses issues related to urban planning and renewable energies. It comments the issue of the building permit depending on damages to neighbouring natural landscapes, the protection of the integrity of agricultural spaces in front of the development of photovoltaic fields, the compatibility between land use and requirements regarding the protection of the environment, and the application of the precautionary principle to offshore wind farms
