Mechanisms of low-temperature radiation-induced strong enhancement of diffusion and defect generation in non-metals
Description
The consideration of low-temperature effects of strong radiation enhancement of defecton quantum diffusion and associated defect generation in non-metals is presented. The criteria and basic relations describing the effects are briefly discussed. (author)
