Effect of impurity in initial melt on electric resistance of Fesub(1-x)Cosub(x)Gesub(2) (0 <= x <= 0,05) monocrystals
Description
Temperature and concentration dependences of electric resistance of monocrystals of Fesub(1-x)Cosub(x)Gesub(2) solid solutions in the 4.2-300 K It is found that electric resistance of FeGe2 crystals at 4.2 K corresponds to rhosub(res.) and it is mainly defined by the impurity content. Hence the value of relative residual electric resistance can be used as a criterion of crystal purity
