Pressure effect on the transition temperature and optical absorption edge in Sr2Ta2O7
Description
Effect of crystal lattice stretching on the temperature of the phase transition of laminated ferroelectric Sr2Ta2O7 has been studied. Crystal lattice stretching is achieved by means of helium introduction into the samples investigated. As a result of measurements it has been detected that crystal lattice stretching of Sr2Ta2O7 results in 5-7 decrease of the phase transition temperature
