Description
The faltering Brazilian nuclear programme has been given a boost by the recent decision to complete Angra 2 and 3, both 1229 MWe KWU PWRs. Financial and other problems of Nuclebras are highlighted. The steps taken to improve the performance of Angra-1 are outlined. (author)
