The way of Li/Nb ratio determination in lithium niobate single crystals

Description

The paper reviews the process of second harmonic generation under vector ooe-synchronism in lithium niobate monocrystals. A relation between the parameters of second harmonic emission 'geometry' and monocrystal compositions is shown. A method, technique and facility are developed for determining Li/Nb ratio by the value of second harmonic emission cone angle
