Description
Currently, measurements are conducted on the site to reveal the environmental impact of radioactive materials released during the accident. Meanwhile, there has not been any public explanation on the overall impact. At any stage of an accident, it is required for the off-site counter measures to grasp the overall accident scenario and communicate to the society about its serious environmental impacts. (author)
