Phase transformation diffusion in solid solutions of lead titanate-lead cadmium niobate system
Creators
Description
Properties of lead titanate-cadmium niobate system were studied in a wide range of concentrations and temperatures. It was ascertained that solid solutions with low content of lead cadmium niobate had better, than pure PbTiO3, sintering ability and mechanical strength together with good piesoactivity. The increase of RbCdsub(1/3) Nbsub(2/3)Osub(3) concentration led to the spreading of phase transition related to the relaxation polarization of the substance. Curie-Weiss law for epsilon permittivity was not true in the region of spreading, and epsilon(T) behaviour could be well enough described with quadratic dependence
