Coarse sieve to retain solid impurities from liquids
Description
A pot-shaped sieve basket sits in a case which can be sealed, by which floating material which can be pumped can be retained from the pumped flow. To prevent blockages of the sieve meshes, a scraper is provided which is fixed to the lid of the case and whose scraping edge can be taken over the inside surface of the sieve basket. The scraping edge loosens the floating material, which can be transported away by the pumped flow. Coarser impurities will stay in the sieve basket. (DG)

In einem dicht verschliessbaren Gehaeuse sitzt ein tropffoermiger Siebkorb, mit dem pumpfaehige Schwebstoffe aus dem Foerderstrom zurueckgehalten werden. Zur Verhinderung von Verstopfungen der Siebmaschen ist ein Schaber vorgesehen, der am Deckel des Gehaeuses befestigt ist und dessen Schabkante ueber die Innenflaeche des Siebkorbes hinweggefuehrt werden kann. Hierbei loest die Schabkante die Schwebstoffe, die dann mit dem Foerderstrom abtransportiert werden. Groebere Verunreinigungen verbleiben jedoch im Siebkorb. (DG)Additional details
