Releases of radioactive substances from reprocessing plants in the EC in 1972-1976

Description
In its latest, fourth issue of the report on the release of radioactive substances from nuclear power plants, covering the period from 1972 to 1976, the EC commission for the first time presented data including the releases from reprocessing plants in the EC. Thus this latest report considers, the two main sections of the nuclear fuel cycle involving the possibility of radioactivity release. (orig.)

Die EG-Kommission hat ihren Bericht ueber die Abgabe radioaktiver Stoffe aus Kernkraftwerken in der neuesten, 4. Ausgabe, die die Jahre 1972-1976 erfasst, erstmals auch auf die Abgaben aus Wiederaufarbeitungsanlagen in der EG ausgedehnt. Damit sind die beiden hauptsaechlichen Bereiche des Kernbrennstoffkreislaufes, in denen Radioaktivitaetsabgaben vorkommen koennen, abgedeckt. (orig.)Additional details
