Synthesis and some properties of lanthanide oxobromotungstates

Description

Lanthanide oxobromotungstates of the LnWO4Br composition, where Ln = Pr, Nd, Gd, Y, are obtained for the first time through the method of solid phase synthesis on the basis of the lanthanide oxobromide and tungsten trioxide. the compounds individuality is confirmed by chemical, crystallooptical and roentgenophase analyses. Thermal stability is determined and crystal lattice parameters of the studied compounds are calculated
