Bubble elevation and phase separation in containers on steam inlet and pressure release
Description
By means of stationary steam in-blowing experiments in stagnating liquids the creation of axial and radial steam content shapes and their effect on the bubble separation on the surface are investigated. The time dependent level of filling can be only calculated with an exact knowledge of the thermohydraulic processes in the fluid, i.e. the after evaporation rate and the steam separation on the mixture surface. Therefore, the steam separation of a two phase mixture is experimentally investigated at simultaneous expansion evaporation as a result of the pressure release and recalculated with the help of the separation model. Anhand stationaerer Dampfeinblaseexperimente in stagnierende Fluessigkeit wird die Ausbildung axialer und radialer Dampfgehaltsprofile und ihr Einfluss auf die Balsenreparation an der Oberflaeche untersucht. Nur unter der genauen Kenntnis der thermohydraulischen Vorgaenge im Fluid, d.h. der Nachverdampfungsrate und der Dampfreparation ueber die Mischungsoberflaeche, kann der zeitveraenderliche Fuellstand in Behaeltern berechnet werden. Hierzu wird die Dampfseparation aus einem Zweiphasengemisch bei gleichzeitig auftretender Entspannungsverdampfung infolge Druckabsenkung experimentell untersucht und mithilfe des Separationsmodels nachgerechnet.
