Description
Iodine-doped polyacetylene has been irradiated with reactor neutrons. The application of neutron activation analysis shows that the doped iodine is quite stably supported in polyacetylene. It is concluded that iodine-doped polyacetylene is sufficiently useful as a new standard material for neutron activation analysis of iodine. (author)
