It exists multilateral treaties with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Interamerican Nuclear Energy Comission (CIEN) and with the program of the United Nations for the development and bilateral pacts with United States of America, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Guatemala
