Description
Present article is devoted to decomposition of proto pectin of plant cells in the statics and dynamics of hydrolyzed solution. The results of researches on acid hydrolysis of proto pectin of sunflower in static and dynamic modes were considered. The content of galacturonic acid, neutral sugars and calcium ions in decomposition products was defined.
