Study of interfaces of solid solutions of Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3, Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 systems and alloys of Bi-Pb-Sn-Cd, Bi-Pb-Sn, Bi-Sn systems
Description
Composition and thickness of intermediate phases forming on interfaces of contact materials with solid solution crystals of bismuth and antimony tellurides in the process of contact creation are studied. It is shown that on interfaces of (Bi2Te3)2(SB2Te3)1-x and (Bi2Te3)x(Bi2Se3)1-x solid solutions with contact materials containing bismuth, lead, tin and cadmium atoms intermediate phase interlayers - CdTe, CdSe, PbTe, PbSe, SnTe, SnSe compounds, are formed
