The technology of obtaining of alumina from alunites of Tokmak Deposit of Tajikistan

Description

The technology of obtaining of alumina from alunites of Tokmak Deposit of Tajikistan has been studied in the present article. The chemical composition of ore has been determined. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of minerals of ore composition have been defined on the basis of crystal-optical and X-ray phase analysis methods. In order to determine the optimal conditions of dehydrating calcination process of ore the influence of various physicochemical factors on the extraction rate of components from the composition of raw material has been studied. The optimal conditions of dehydrating calcination process of raw material and acidic decomposition of the cake have been defined.
