Upper limit on the CP-violation effect in nonleptonic decays of hyperons and antihyperons

Description

A phenomenological analysis of the CP-violation effect in hyperon-antihyperon nonleptonic decays is made. The following bounds are obtained: |sin12(Δ1Δ3)|0.610.0+0.27, where (Δ₁-Δ₃) is the CP-violation phase; γ(Σ⁺→nπ⁺)≥-0.971±0.003;|Γ(Σ+nπ+)Γ(Σ+¯nπ)|Γ(Σ+nπ+)+Γ(Σ+pπ0)7
