Upper limit on the CP-violation effect in nonleptonic decays of hyperons and antihyperons

A phenomenological analysis of the CP-violation effect in hyperon-antihyperon nonleptonic decays is made. The following bounds are obtained: $\left|sin\frac{1}{2}\right({\Delta }_1-{\Delta }_3\left)\right|\le {0.61}_{-0.0}^{+0.27},$ where (Δ₁-Δ₃) is the CP-violation phase; γ(Σ⁺→nπ⁺)≥-0.971±0.003;$\frac{\left|\Gamma \right({\Sigma }^{+}\to n{\pi }^{+})-\Gamma (\overline{{\Sigma }^{+}}\to \bar{n}{\pi }^{-}\left)\right|}{\Gamma ({\Sigma }^{+}\to n{\pi }^{+})+\Gamma ({\Sigma }^{+}\to p{\pi }^0)}\lesssim 7$
