Eclipsing binaries found spectroscopically. II. HD 128141

The ninth-magnitude G-type star HD 128141 was noted to have diffuse spectral lines on an objective-prism plate. Photometric observations show this object to be an eclipsing binary of the W U Ma type, with a period of 0.355d
