Influence of surface layer modification on molybdenum creep

Description

High-temperature creep of polycrystalline molybdenum is studied in the presence of the strengthened (as well as softened) alloy surface. A possibility to calculate the effect of strengthening of the surface layer on the creep of brik specimens by the rule of co-mixtures for composites is analyzed
