Anisotropy of microwave conductivity of YBa2Cu3O7-x in superconducting and normal states: 3D-2D crossover

Description
The results of measuring the anisotropy and evolution of the temperature dependences of the YBa2Cu3O7-x crystal conductivity components by changing the oxygen doping within the range of 0.07 ≤ x ≤ 0.47 are analyzed. The measurements were carried out on the frequency of 9.4 GHz at the temperatures of 5 ≤ T ≤ 200 K. The analysis of the dependences of the conductivity tensor imaginary parts in the superconducting state and the resistance in the normal state indicated, that the optimally doped YBa2Cu3O6.93 is a three-dimensional anisotropic material. The decrease in the carriers concentration therein leads to the cross-over from the Drude to the jump conductivity along the C axis

Анализируются результаты измерений анизотропии и эволюции температурных зависимостей компонент проводимости кристалла YBa2Cu3O7-x при изменении кислородного допирования в интервале 0.07 ≤ x ≤ 0.47. Измерения проведены на частоте 9.4 ГГц при температурах 5 ≤ T ≤ 200 K. Анализ температурных зависимостей мнимых частей тензора проводимости в сверхпроводящем состоянии и сопротивления в нормальном состоянии показывает, что оптимально допированный YBa2Cu3O6.93 является трехмерным анизотропным металлом. Уменьшение концентрации носителей в нем приводит к кроссоверу от друдевской к прыжковой проводимости вдоль оси СAdditional details
