Enthalpy and specific heat of strontium- and barium zirconates at high temperatures
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)
- 2. AN Gruzinskoj SSR, Tbilisi. Inst. Metallurgii
Description
There are shown the experimental determination results of SrZrO3 and BaZrO3 enthalpy as well as the numerical values of the mean heat capacities of these zirconates. Enthalpy has been measured by the mixing method within the temperature range of 298.15 - 1600 K. There have been found the interpolation equations for the temperature dependence of enthalpies, mean and actual heat capacities. It has been established that polymorphic transformations α-BaZrO3 → β-BaZrO3 → γ-BaZrO3 take place at 758 +-1 and 1175 +-1 K, respectively
