Survey management under EPC mode in Fangjiashan nuclear power project

As nuclear power plants are massively built in China, the management mode of nuclear power project is changing from the traditional mode to the EPC mode. Compared with the traditional mode, the survey management is stricter for the EPC mode. Taking Fangjiashan nuclear power project as an example, this article expounds the survey management under EPC mode from the management of license, instrument, survey safety, quality and schedule control, organization and coordination, and so on.
