Study of the crystallization of metallic glasses METGLAS 2826 and METGLAS 2826A by ferromagnetic ressonance

Description
Using ferromagnetic resonance, it was investigated the crystalization of the METGLAS 2826 and METGLAS 2826A. The line width of the first derivative of the absorption curve was measured for several time intervals o isothermal treatment at 3750C. It was observed that after a decrease,due to tension relaxation, the line width increases with the interval of time treatment. The resultus indicate that, for suficiently long in itervals of time. the line width is function of the transformed fractiononly. (Author)

A cristalizacao dos vidros metalicos METGLAS 2826 e METGLAS 2826A foi investigadas por ressonacia ferromagnetica. A largura de linha da primeira derivada da curva de absorcao foi medida para varios tempos de tratamento isotermico a 3750C. Observou-se que apos uma diminuicao, atribuida a relaxacao de tensoes, a largura de linha passa a aumentar com o tempo de tratamento. Os resultados sugerem que, para tempos suficientemente longos, a largura de linha e funcao apenas da fracao transformada. (Os autores)Additional details
