Selective cervical metrizamide myelography by a lateral C1/C2 approach
Description
In 102 patients, cervical metrizamide myelography was performed using a lateral C1/C2 approach. The procedure is of low risk, is easily performed and provides excellent diagnostic result. The authors hold this method - a few cases excepted - to be best for the investigation of the cervical region. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Bei 102 Patienten wurden zervikale Metrizamid-Myelographien mit der lateralen C1/C2- Punktion durchgefuehrt. Die Untersuchung ist risikoarm, rasch durchfuerhrbar und bringt ausgezeichnete diagnostische Ergebnisse. Mit nur wenigen Ausnahmen ist diese Technik fuer die Studie der Zervikalregion die Methode der Wahl. (orig.)Additional details
