Laser treatment of WO3 electrochrome films in self absorption zone
Description
A study was made on the effect of pulse laser radiation of nanosecond duration on properties of amorphous electrochrome WO3 films in the zone of their selfabsorption. It was established that film irradiation in the certain range of energy densities resulted to increase of fast responce, fatigue and enabled to achieve homogeneity of film material modification. Heat model was used for solving the problem of film fusion and evaporation under the effect of pulse laser radiation. Its results agree with experimental data of developed microrelief formation on film surface
