Effect of impact energy store on impact strength of tubes metal

Description
The degree of the impact energy stope effect on the results of impact bendtests for specimens of different types is established. Tube metal of 40KhN2MASh, 38KhNMYuA, PT-7M, 30KhGSA, KVK-42, 01Kh25, sichromal 12, and 08Kh25 stels and alloys, the impact strength of which is in the limits from 2 to 142 J/cm2, is tested. It is found that effect of impact energy store on results of the impact test depends on the value (level) of impact strength
