Description

The current mode detector for x-ray energy distribution detection is developing. Unfolding of the detector current output to x-ray energy distribution with improved error reduction method is theoretically confirmed. Neural network method for unfolding is applicable for experimental data. Many improvement points still exist to acquire x-ray energy distribution clearly enough to measure x-ray CT. (author)
