How PRA is being used in the USA
Description
The use of probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) techniques in the evaluation of nuclear power plant accident risks in the United States is described. There has been a rapid increase in their use since the Three Mile Island accident. Plant-specific PRA studies are listed. (U.K.)
